In my opinion, potato cheese bread is one dish that can easily be made at home with simple ingredients and tools. Although simple, this dish is very delicious and can fill the stomach so it is also suitable for breakfast. The first thing to do is prepare all the tools and materials, the ingredients needed are potatoes, cream (or can be replaced with milk), salt and pepper, high protein flour, sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, liquid milk, butter, and mozzarella cheese. All of the food ingredients will be divided into two parts, namely as mashed potato and as skin from the mashed potato. Mashed potato contains one large potato, two tablespoons of cream, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste according to taste. After the first thing has been done, it's time to make mashed potatoes as a filling. At the beginning of this process, peel the potatoes until they are very clean, remove the spots/holes attached to the potatoes, when all the potatoes have been peeled clean then wash the potatoes in running water, then cut the potatoes according to taste so that they cook faster and are easier when mashing After that, the potatoes can be steamed or boiled first until they are very cooked so that they can be mashed more easily, in this process the potatoes must be really cooked. The purpose of this oil is to prevent the skin dough from being sticky and dry when flattened and easy to shape and not stick to the cutting board. After the skin dough has become round, put the stuffing in the middle of the skin dough in stages, that is, on the bottom layer add cheese, then add mashed potato in the second layer, and finally add cheese again as the top layer. After that, combine all parts of the dough (the edges) until all parts of the filling are covered with dough skin and do it very carefully and do not let any leaks in the dough skin so that the results are perfect and look beautiful.
